ONLINE PROGRAM
HIT and Coding courses are now offered online. Some HIT general education courses are offered online at Wallace State Community College (WSCC). General education requirements can be compelted at any SACS accredited college. HIT and Coding Professional Practice Experience (clinical) courses must be completed at an approved healthcare facility, not online. Both HIT and Coding students will be required to attend on-campus classes for a minimum number of days, but this is not an every week, daily class meeting. PROGRAM APPLICATIONS
Student applications will be accepted until June 15. Applications received after June 15 will be considered on a space available basis. Call (256) 352-8307 for a program application.
CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE)
R.H.I.T.’s and R.H.I.A.'s who would like to obtain continuing education (CE) hours will be allowed to audit HIT program classes. Please call (256) 352-8327 for further information.
