Classes taken at Wallace State Community
College in the MTT Associate in Applied Science Degree
will transfer to Athens State University through an
articulation agreement. This 2 + 2 agreement will allow
completion of a Bachelor of Science Applied Technology
Degree in four years with the first two at Wallace State
Community College and the final two years at Athens
State University. The Junior year of study builds on
the student’s previous community college background
and technical work experience; the senior year emphasizes
advanced specialty technology courses and industry-based,
hands-on technology-specific projects.
